RoomLinkNG is a platform that connects landlords who want to rent out rooms or properties with tenants looking to find and book rooms or homes.

We do not own, manage, or physically inspect properties unless explicitly stated.

To use our platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Use the platform legally

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

When creating an account:

• You must provide correct details (name, email, phone number)
• You are responsible for your account activity
• Keep your login details secure

We are not liable for unauthorized access due to your negligence.

Landlords agree that:

• All property details must be accurate
• Pricing, availability, and amenities must be clearly stated
• You have the legal right to rent the property

RoomLinkNG may:

• Remove misleading or fraudulent listings
• Suspend landlords who violate trust or safety standards

• Tenants can book available rooms through the platform
• Payments may be processed via third-party providers
• A booking is only confirmed after payment is successful

RoomLinkNG:

• May hold or facilitate payments
• Charges a service fee (typically 15-25%)

RoomLinkNG is not responsible for declined requests or unresponsive landlords.

Cancellation policies may vary by listing.

General rules:

• Tenants must cancel within the allowed timeframe
• Refund eligibility depends on the landlord's policy
• Service fees may be non-refundable

You agree not to:

• Post false or misleading information
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Harass, scam, or harm other users
• Attempt to bypass the platform for payments

Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

To ensure safety and trust:

• All bookings and payments must be completed within RoomLinkNG

Users must not attempt to:

• Arrange payments outside the platform
• Share alternative contact details to bypass the platform
• Complete bookings privately after initial contact on RoomLinkNG

RoomLinkNG does not endorse, support, or protect any:

• Communication conducted outside the platform
• Payments made outside the platform
• Bookings arranged outside the platform

Any such actions are done entirely at your own risk.

To maintain platform integrity:

• Users must not request, share, or exchange personal contact information (e.g. phone numbers, WhatsApp, email, social media) before a booking is confirmed

Any attempt to:

• Circumvent the platform
• Avoid service fees
• Conduct transactions outside RoomLinkNG

may result in:

• Immediate account suspension or permanent ban
• Removal of listings or bookings
• Loss of access to the platform

RoomLinkNG reserves the right to monitor, detect, and act on such behavior.

Users may upload images/videos for listing purpose or support.

• You must own or have rights to the content
• Content must not be offensive, illegal, or misleading

We reserve the right to remove content that violates guidelines.

• RoomLinkNG charges landlords a platform fee
• Additional fees may apply for premium features

All fees will be clearly communicated before charges are applied.

In case of disputes between users:

• RoomLinkNG may assist in mediation
• Final responsibility lies with the landlord and tenant

We are not liable for:

• Property conditions
• Personal disputes
• Losses outside our control

RoomLinkNG is a marketplace platform. While we may carry out checks to verify user identity and property details at the time a listing is created, we do not guarantee:

• The ongoing accuracy or completeness of listings
• The behaviour, reliability, or actions of users
• The condition, safety, legality, or suitability of any property

Verification at listing does not constitute endorsement, certification, or a warranty of any kind. Circumstances may change after a listing is published, and users are responsible for carrying out their own due diligence before booking or renting.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoomLinkNG shall not be liable for:

• Any loss, damage, injury, or dispute arising from bookings or property use
• Errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in listings
• Any arrangements, communications, or transactions conducted outside the platform

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• You breach these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or harmful activity

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
